Job summary

Caraway Therapeutics, Inc. invites a motivated HBO/MSc student to join our Supply Chain team in Haarlem for an internship in Import & Export.

You will gain exposure to EU import/export law, work on daily shipment compliance, and collaborate with brokers and regional teams to ensure compliant transport of goods to 120+ countries. The role requires 4–5 days per week for at least 6 months, with a gross monthly internship allowance of €500 and a hybrid work setup at our Haarlem site.

Qualifications

• HBO or MSc student in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Business.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for at least 6 months, 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and document transportation and export documentation for shipments in EMEA.
• Provide import instructions and coordinate with brokers for clearance.
• Serve as contact for shipping sites, forwarders and outsourced ops for routine issues.
• Support performance review meetings with LSPs and participate in compliance checks.
• Coordinate routine import/export issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Ensure import/export activities follow local laws and regulatory requirements.
