Executive Assistant

You are an experienced management support assistant with a clear customer-oriented attitude and excellent secretarial and organizational skills. Your social and communication skills are well developed and you can set priorities with the necessary creativity and respond to rapidly changing situations and ad hoc activities. You feel at home in a team of professionals and you are not easily discouraged. You attach importance to quality as well as accuracy and efficiency. You are proactive, you set priorities well and you are very strong in organizing work. You feel at home in an international and dynamic working environment.

Your role:

  • calendar management;
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, events and workshops (up to 10 people);
  • arranging business trips;
  • Diverse administrative tasks

The team: As passionate professionals from the Corporate Functions department, we do everything we can to make our organization even better - every day. This department brings together specialists within HR, Finance, Marketing+Communication, Legal, Purchasing and IT services and together we support our consultants. You are, as it were, the internal consultant within a consultancy firm: you advise based on your expertise - and thus help with unburdening, supporting and improving end-to-end business operations.

Your background: Completed MBO or HBO education - preferably in management; Approximately 2 years of work experience - preferably gained in a service-oriented and international environment; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch; Decisive, flexible and stress resistant; Good time management and organizational skills; Good team player, proactive and reliable; Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
