Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing.
• Must have a completed bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Previous experience with paid campaigns, including SEA.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and grow Meta Search and SEA campaigns.
• Create and manage A/B tests for ads and landing pages.
• Analyze performance data and implement actionable changes.

Skills

Job description

Overview

Performance Marketer role focusing on Meta Search and SEA accounts for multiple markets, including the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Belgium. You will report and analyse performance to implement changes that generate maximum ROAS. This role requires Dutch, German or Swedish language skills and the right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Optimization and growing of Meta Search (Trivago, Hotel Ads) campaigns;
• Optimization and growing of Paid (SEA) campaigns;
• Create and set-up (new) campaigns, including keyword analysis;
• Setup and manage A/B - M/V tests across paid campaigns (ads and landing pages);
• Bidding and budget management;
• Create and report on Paid Traffic Campaigns and key KPIs (WoW, MoM and YoY);
• Analyze campaign and web analytics data and translate these into operational and actionable changes to achieve margin and ROAS targets.

Team

The team includes the team lead, a Senior Marketer, an intern, and you. The team works closely together with people who have experience in travel and Performance Marketing.

What we like you to have

• A completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Information technology;
• At least one year of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing;
• Experience with Google Analytics/GA4;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• An analytical and data driven approach;
• You speak and write fluent English and one of the following languages: Dutch, German or Swedish.
