The Role
We’re looking for aPeople & Operations Assistantto help keep our workplace running smoothly while providing light HR support. This role is all about being theorganized backbonethat helps our teams focus on what they do best: making and sharing exceptional coffee.You’ll be at the heart of the daily operations: from keeping the office stocked and welcoming, to supporting with payroll, onboarding new team members, and making sure everything behind the scenes works seamlessly.
