Job summary

Gazelle Global seeks a seasoned Pega Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Pega implementations across enterprise contexts. The role requires immediate start on a 12-month contract with payroll and ZZP options.

You will own the Pega solution architecture, drive design decisions, and mentor senior engineers to build scalable, secure, and compliant systems. You will design enterprise Pega applications, define case design and guardrails, and lead API-first integrations with microservices while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience required.
• Pega/PRPC architecture and implementation expertise.
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification - mandatory.
• Enterprise-level Pega application design experience.
• Knowledge of PRPC architecture and design patterns.
• Strong Pega Case Management experience.
• API-first integration strategies with REST APIs.
• Event-driven architecture and asynchronous integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Pega solution architecture across implementation and delivery.
• Architect and design enterprise applications using Pega PRPC and relevant frameworks.
• Define case design, application layering, reuse strategy and Pega guardrails.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
• Drive decisions on performance, scalability, security, integrations and data strategy.
• Design solutions with microservices and API-first architectures.
• Define synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Design APIs, event-driven integrations and API contracts.
• Design Pega Case Management with custom microservices and databases.
• Ensure security and privacy by design, including OAuth2, API security and logging.
• Review architecture/design docs and ensure high code quality and best practices.
• Provide governance across multiple Pega teams and releases.
• Support sizing, scope, delivery planning and technical risk management.
• Provide guidance to engineering and delivery teams.
• Act as senior technical contact for stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor Senior System Architects and Pega developers.
