i2d consulting is seeking a Senior Pega Architect with ~15 years of experience and Pega LSA certification to own the overall Pega solution architecture for implementation. You will drive alignment with business outcomes, NFRs, and enterprise standards across CRM programs.

You will design and guide Pega PRPC architectures, ensure guardrails, and lead technical assurance across multiple teams while mentoring junior and mid-level leads to build long-term Pega capability in the organization.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in Pega architecture and delivery.
• Pega LSA certification or equivalent senior Pega expertise.
• Experience owning end-to-end Pega solution architecture aligning with business outcomes and enterprise standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern Pega-based solution architecture across projects.
• Own design artifacts, coding standards, and compliance with Pega best practices.
• Lead multi-team governance and technical assurance across releases.
• Mentor SSA-level leads and broaden Pega capability in the organization.
• Design APIs, event-driven patterns, and API contract management.
• Ensure security and privacy-by-design across integrations and data flows.

Overall Experience of ~15 Years or more Years of Experience, Pega LSA Certified

Owns the overall Pega solution architecture for implementation, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, NFRs, and enterprise standards

Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks.

Defines case design, application layering, reuse strategy, and guardrails across the CRM program.

Drives complex technical decisions(performance, security, scalability, integrations, data strategy).

Provides governance and technical assurance across multiple Pega teams and releases.

Reviews and approves design artifacts, code quality, and compliance with Pega best practices.

Acts as the primary technical authority for stakeholders, leadership, and platform escalation.

Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams

Provides thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements

Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.

Mentors SSAs and technical leads, building long term Pega capability in the organization

Experience in designing solution architecture, taking into account, amongst other things: microservices, API-first integrations, synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns

Experience in designing APIs, event-driven integration and API contract management

Experience with security and compliance by design (OAuth2, API security, logging, auditing, privacy by design)

Experience in modelling and designing Pega Case Management in combination with the integration of bespoke components such as microservices, front-ends and databases

Certifications

Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features

Works in conjunction with the project manager to size, manage scope and risk

Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)

Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base

Responsible for overseeing work of a team and responsible for code quality and mergers.
