Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) offers a Summer Intern Programme in the Netherlands. The 11-week internship provides hands-on experience across client projects, including payments, digital and product areas, with training and exposure to senior leaders.

You'll work with an experienced team, participate in a global social impact case, and have the potential to join as a graduate VIS Consultant after graduation. Three in-office days are expected.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student at university; education to be completed in 2028.
• Full, permanent right to work in the Netherlands; Visa sponsorship not provided for this role.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; professional level in both languages.
• Interest in technology and payments industry; curiosity to solve problems with data.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to generate insights from data.
• Familiarity with project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the VIS team in the implementation and delivery of client projects across payments, digital and products.
• Support project planning, coordination and execution, helping ensure activities and deliverables move forward effectively.
• Assist in data gathering and analysis to obtain insights that support delivery and implementation.
• Perform data and trend analyses using Visa's data tools.
• Support client workshops, stakeholder meetings and other implementation activities, including materials preparation and follow‑ups.
• Support the development and maintenance of VIS service sales and delivery collateral.
