Job summary

Jelle de Vries B.V. seeks a meticulous Medewerker Afwikkeling & Facturatie to join the team on a part-time basis (16–24 hours per week). You will bridge administration, logistics and customer relations, ensuring accurate order processing and timely invoicing in line with Incoterms and agreements.

You will work daily with colleagues, suppliers and customers to optimize product flows and communication, contributing to reliable and efficient international trade.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency; knowledge of German and/or English is a plus.
• Experience with automated order processing and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between administration, logistics, customers and suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately and logistics run smoothly.
• Focus on processing and invoicing of purchase and sales orders; prepare, check and confirm invoices considering commercial terms and Incoterms.
