Job summary

SGL is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound parts, inventory, and warehouse processes at our Randstad location. You will work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator, ensure accurate records, and drive efficiency improvements in parts logistics.

The role requires at least 2 years in logistics, MBO4 in logistics (or similar), and forklift/reach truck certifications. You’ll thrive in a proactive, team-focused environment in a growing international team.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 (vocational education) in logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics/warehouse role.
• Forklift and reach truck certification.
• Knowledge of Exact Globe is a plus.
• Excellent command of Dutch with good English.
• Living in Randstad area and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound parts, including loading/unloading.
• Check shipments for accuracy, quantities and damages.
• Record goods in and out of the system.
• Verify and handle waybills and logistics documents.
• Set up and maintain a warehouse system.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct stock counts.

The position

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator, who is responsible for the flawless processing of all incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) parts. You are the key person within our (parts) warehouse and ensure that every shipment – whether service parts, inter-branch transfers, or external deliveries – is carefully checked, recorded, and processed. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all parts and take the lead in setting up and maintaining a warehouse system. Since this is a relatively new location, you also have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas regarding efficiency, layout, and process improvements. Your input is both valuable and welcome. In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator, and you will be able to cover for each other during absences.

Key responsibilities

Your Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent command of Dutch and some knowledge of English.
• Living in the Randstad area.
• Own transportation is necessary, as the location is not accessible by public transport.
