As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy in Germany by building and maintaining a strong partner network. You will negotiate strategic deals, optimize existing partnerships, and drive innovation.Are you ready to shape the future ofGomibo.de with us?

Your role as Partnerships Manager

Building and managing relations with key accounts such as Telekom, Vodafone, Samsung and affiliate networks.

Collaborating with partners to set-up initiatives for sales investments and marketing campaigns.

Negotiating and securing the best commercial deals to drive long-term success.

Work with team Marketing, Branding and Video to coordinate marketing efforts.

Identifying new opportunities to strengthen Gomibo’s position in the market.

Analyzing KPIs like traffic and conversion with the Data teams to proactively optimize strategies and improve performance.

Presenting reports and insights to key stakeholders during strategic meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

The team & Growth opportunities

You will be part of the Gomibo German Growth team and work with Dutch and German colleagues. The team operates like a startup, which means you have a broad scope of responsibilities and a high degree of decision-making authority. You get the opportunity to specialize in partnerships within Marketing, Sales, Telecom Providers, or Procurement based on your experience and interests and grow into a Senior Partnerships Manager role over time.

Who are we looking for?

You have an academic degree (or equivalent ability), combined with an interest in business, marketing & sales.

You have a strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach – you identify opportunities, act on them, and generate measurable results.

You have a pioneering mindset and feel confident in new situations or environments.

You are interested in or have experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in e-commerce, telecom, or a related industry.

You are structured and analytical, with an interest in a data-driven approach to decision-making and relationships management.

You communicate easily and effectively with different types of internal and external stakeholders.

You are fluent in German and can communicate professionally in English.

As partnerships manager you will be travelling frequently for work, approximately 1-4 times per month, whether in the Netherlands or abroad to attend conferences and partner meetings.

What to expect during the application process

If you live outside the Netherlands, the first interview can be conducted online. Once we move forward, we will invite you to visit our office in the Netherlands to meet your potential new team. All travel expenses (transport & accommodation) will be covered by us.
