Job summary

10x Associates in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on City Activation Manager to own the city activation calendar end-to-end and partner with local stakeholders. You will recruit partners, brief them, and lead weekly reviews with athletes and sponsor teams.

In this role you will ensure decisions are documented and shipped in writing at the end of each sprint, embracing a fast-paced, async-friendly culture with on-ground days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running campaigns or city operations.
• Comfort writing decisions, not just running meetings.
• Native or near-native in the city's language and scene.
• Track record of shipping with budgets under €50k.
