Job summary

ERM is seeking a Partner in Crop Protection within its Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team, focusing on EMEA client development and regulatory strategy. This senior role requires translating EU and international regulatory frameworks into strategic client solutions and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

The Partner will drive business development, manage key accounts, and shape proposals to expand ERM’s services across industrial chemicals, manufacturing, energy and healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven leader with strong regulatory knowledge of crop protection and agricultural chemicals.
• Experience with EU REACH, TSCA, FIFRA and related frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into strategic client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow ERM's Sustainable Product & Supply Chain practice in EMEA.
• Lead client relationships and win project work through compelling proposals and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage large projects and multi-person teams, ensuring scope, budget, timeline and quality meet client expectations.
• Mentor and coach consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes and build internal capability.
• Promote ERM’s services across adjacent sectors to broaden client impact and opportunities.
