Job summary

Driscoll's is seeking a part-time Sales Coordinator in Breda to support daily sales operations, manage customer orders, and coordinate supply with internal teams. You will work with Account Managers, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

The role emphasizes accurate order entry, pricing support, and proactive communication with customers while maintaining excellent data and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in administrative, sales support, customer service or operational coordination roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (advanced sorting, filtering, formulas, pivots).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to analyse information and make decisions based on available inventory and supply.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately in Driscoll's systems.
• Support Account Managers with order execution, pricing and volume coordination.
• Coordinate supply and demand and monitor inventory levels.
• Generate reports to aid Account Managers in decision-making.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve issues.
