Job summary

Ryman in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store in Groningen on a 15 hours per week basis. You will support the store management team, drive turnover and revenues with a strong emphasis on customer service and brand representation.

You will handle customer queries, upsell, manage stock, maintain visual standards, and contribute to achieving KPIs. Flexible hours and location are required, with opportunities to grow through training and apprenticeship programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for Ryman and share knowledge with customers.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
• Aim to exceed KPIs and store objectives.
• Upsell by matching products to customer needs with strong product knowledge.
• Carry out stock replenishment and maintain stock accuracy.
• Promote high visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping.
• Acquire product knowledge and continue to self-develop.
• Recognise opportunities to increase sales with add-ons.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
