MAD Movement in Den Haag is seeking a trainer to support our empowerment training for refugees. The role involves developing training material, conducting various courses, and evaluating existing programs.

The ideal candidate has a good command of Dutch, and preferably also knowledge of Arabic or Persian, with experience in training development and a strong empathy for the refugee community. This is a part-time position, requiring about 6-8 hours a week.

Qualifications

• A good command of the Dutch language.
• Preferably also knowledge of Arabic and/or Persian.
• Experience in providing and developing training.
• Affinity with and empathy for the refugee target group.
• Knowledge of the refugee problem.
• Good verbal and written expression.
• Driven, responsible, stress resistant, team player, proactive.
• Motivation and go-getter attitude.
• Living in The Hague.
• Available about 6-8 hours a week.

Responsabilités

• Develop training material and provide various training courses.
• Evaluate, optimize, and refresh existing training courses.
• Advise and support management in training development.

Connaissances

Good command of Dutch

Knowledge of Arabic and/or Persian

Experience in providing and developing training
