Pestana Amsterdam Riverside is seeking a Kitchen Steward to keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for service. You will work closely with the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure efficient service and high standards in a bustling luxury hotel.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to HACCP standards, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Part‑time position with benefits and opportunities for growth within Pestana Hotel Group.

Formación

• Experience in kitchen stewarding or dishwashing.
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and keep area organized.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes and equipment during service.
• Polish and organise cutlery and kitchenware.
• Clean and store dishes and utensils properly.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and accessible.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑organised workspace.
• Care for kitchen equipment and avoid cross‑contamination.
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in cleaning floors and the kitchen environment.
