Job summary

Vinted Go has opened parcel centres in Utrecht and Amsterdam. As a parcel centre operative, you’ll help customers with their parcels, receive and return parcel bags to drivers, and proactively communicate with colleagues to improve the centre.

The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week, requiring proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus). The annual gross salary is 32,000 EUR, excluding 8% holiday pay, and a broad benefits package is on offer.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to represent a brand in a professional and friendly manner.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with dropping off and picking up parcels.

Information About The Position

Vinted Go has opened its very own parcel centres in Utrecht, Amsterdam, Paris and Bordeaux. At the centre, Vinted parcels can be collected and dropped‑off by customers. As parcel centre operative in Utrecht or Amsterdam, you help customers with their parcels, receive and return parcel bags to drivers, and proactively communicate with colleagues to further improve the centre.

In this position, you’ll

• Assist customers with dropping off and picking up their parcels.
• Facilitate drivers in the drop‑off and pick‑up of bags.
• Provide guidance and support to customers experiencing issues with their shipments.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Communicate with the representatives of other carriers shipped at the point.
• 6 months fixed term contract.
• 40h per week.

About You

• Proficiency in English. Dutch is an advantage.
