Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated Painter for a temporary four‑month contract to maintain interior and exterior surfaces to high standards.

You will work independently and with the maintenance team, painting guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces while ensuring minimal disruption to guests and adherence to safety procedures.

Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to coordinate with colleagues will help ensure timely project completion and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Paint and repaint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, and other surfaces in guest rooms and common areas.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks or holes, and applying primers as needed.
• Maintain and repair painted surfaces to a high standard of appearance at all times.
• Work in public areas with minimal disruption to guests and operations.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of painting tools and materials.
• Follow health and safety regulations and hotel maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and report any structural or repair issues identified during work.

We are currently looking for aPainter for a Temporary 4 Months Contract.

As a Painter, you are responsible for maintaining the hotel’s interior and exterior surfaces in excellent condition. You ensure that all painted areas meet the hotel’s quality and safety standards, contributing to a well‑maintained and welcoming environment for guests and employees. You must be reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of the maintenance team.
