Job summary

Workforce Europe is seeking experienced Residential & Interior Painters to work on new-builds and renovations across the Netherlands. You will perform surface prep, priming, painting, and finishing on walls, ceilings, doors, and frames for houses, apartments, offices, and commercial buildings.

Candidates should have prior painting experience, strong finishing skills, and English language abilities. VCA is an advantage; a driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a painter in residential or interior work.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Ability to deliver high-quality finishing and attention to detail.
• VCA certificate is an advantage.
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for the Netherlands.
• English language skills are required.

• Fill cracks, sand surfaces, and apply primer coats
• Apply paint, varnish, and finishing layers on walls, ceilings, doors, and frames

• Ensure clean and precise finishing according to project standards
• Work independently or as part of a construction team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a painter (residential/interior preferred)
• Knowledge of basic surface preparation and finishing techniques
