L’Oréal is offering a six-month Finance Internship in Hoofddorp, the Benelux HQ, starting February 2027. The role offers a paid internship (€1,000/month) and full-time hours, with reporting lines to a Finance or Business Analyst Manager.

You’ll gain exposure to financial performance analysis, budgeting processes, and data-driven decision support. Ideal candidates are final-year Bachelor or Master students fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

Qualifications

• Final-year Bachelor or Master student fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis).
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with comfort around numbers and spreadsheets.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Organized self-starter who can manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, monitor budgets, and assist with monthly close.
