Job summary

L’Oréal offers a 6-month Finance Internship in Hoofddorp, NL. The role is full-time and paid €1,000 per month, starting in February 2027. You’ll report to either a Finance or Business Analyst Manager at our Benelux HQ and will be matched to the internship best suited to your profile.

You will analyze financial performance, prepare reports, monitor budgets, and support the monthly close while shaping commercial strategy from data insights. This is a hands-on, cross-functional experience.

Qualifications

• Final-year Bachelor or Master student, fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort with numbers.
• Able to manage projects end-to-end with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Finance: analyze financial performance, prepare reports, monitor budgets, assist monthly close.
