Jobster is hiring a Packer in the Zoetermeer area to join a clean, friendly team on a packaging line. You will pack meals, ensure they are neat and complete, and help with on-line quality checks in a cool environment.

The role runs in two shifts (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00), Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. You’ll work with a variety of dishes and receive paid shift allowances, travel support, a monthly wage increase after 2 months, free meals during shifts, and coaching and growth

Job description

Join our team as a Packer in the Zoetermeer, The Hague, Delft, or Rotterdam area and start working immediately! In a clean and friendly environment, you will help pack delicious meals. Are you ready to take the plunge?

As a Packer on the packaging line, you help make sure that meals are packed neatly, correctly, and with care. You work together with a friendly team and follow clear daily steps, so you always know what to do. You pack a variety of meals, from Asian dishes to Dutch favorites. The workplace smells nice, but it is kept cold to make sure the food stays fresh.

Your tasks include:

• Packing meals into the correct containers

• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Working together with your team on the line
• Helping with simple quality checks

You work in two shifts: 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00. You work from Monday to Friday and twice a month on Saturday.

Wat wij bieden

• A gross hourly wage of € 15.91 including ADV
• 33% shift allowance from Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 23:00
• 35% shift allowance on Saturdays
• Travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometer from 10 km, up to a maximum of 19 km one way and € 8.20 per day
• After 2 months, you receive a permanent salary increase of 3% on top of your gross hourly wage
