Jobster zoekt een gemotiveerde Packer voor een gezellige, teamgerichte werkomgeving. Je verpakt verse maaltijden netjes en behoudt de kwaliteit door nauwkeurig te werk te gaan. Je werkt in een gekoelde ruimte en volgt duidelijke stappen om consistentie te waarborgen.

Het werk vereist vervoer van jouw kant en een flexibel rooster, met werkdagen van maandag tot vrijdag en twee zaterdagen per maand. Een prettige werkomgeving en persoonlijke aandacht staan centraal.

Qualifications

• Bereidheid om in een gekoelde omgeving te werken (4–6 graden).
• Instructies opvolgen en stappen achter elkaar uitvoeren.
• Flexibele inzet beperkt door werkschema (maandag-vrijdag, twee zaterdagen per maand).
• Goede teamspirit en nauwkeurigheid bij het verpakken van maaltijden.

Responsibilities

• Maaltijden koel en netjes verpakken.
• Kwaliteitscontrole van verschillende maaltijden (Nederlands en internationaal).
• Samenwerken met een vriendelijk team in een gekoelde ruimte.
• Volgen van vaste werkinstructies en tempo houden.

Looking for a friendly workplace with flexible hours? As a Packer, you and your team will ensure that fresh meals are packed neatly. The job follows clear steps, making it easy to learn quickly. You can select the days that fit your schedule, but having your own transport is a must.

As a Packer, your responsibility is to ensure that meals are packed fresh and neatly. You will inspect the quality of a range of meals, from Dutch favorites to international dishes, ensuring everything looks perfect. The job is repetitive and follows straightforward steps, making it easy to adapt. You'll work alongside a friendly team in a cooled environment of 4 to 6 degrees, where teamwork and accuracy are vital.

This role provides the opportunity to help create high-quality meals. Your schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, with shifts on two Saturdays each month. The flexible emergency pool allows you to choose shifts that fit your needs.

Wat wij bieden

• A gross hourly wage of € 15.91 including ADV
• 33% shift allowance from Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 23:00
• 35% shift allowance on Saturdays
• Travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometer from 10 km, up to a maximum of 19 km one way and € 8.20 per day
• After 2 months, you receive a permanent salary increase of 3% on top of your gross hourly wage
