Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking an experienced operator to lead a small team on the packaging line for mangos and avocados. You will oversee packaging, operate the net clipper and flowpack machines, and ensure orders are dispatched to supermarkets.

You will also supervise production staff and keep records accurate in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time with a 6:45 AM start and 4:00 PM finish, offering overtime at 135% after 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience as an operator in an AGF environment.
• Experience with net clipper or flowpack machines preferred.
• Good command of Dutch or English.

Are you an experienced operator with a knack for leading a team to efficiently handle daily orders at the packaging line?Dit ga je doenAs an operator, your main responsibility is to oversee the packaging of mangoes and avocados according to customer specifications. Subsequently, these yields are dispatched to supermarkets. Within this role, you will operate machinery and also supervise production staff working alongside you on the line. You will do this in English.Set up and adjust the net clipper or flowpack machines (performing light technical tasks).Supervise production workers.Ensure the smooth operation of the production line.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.Perform administrative tasks on a computer to ensure all records and registrations are accurately maintained.Perform additional production tasks and maintain line cleanliness.This is a full-time day shift position starting at 6:45 AM, concluding around 4:00 PM, with the possibility of extending hours for which you will receive a 135% overtime bonus after 38 hours worked per week. Weekends are off.
