Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking an experienced packaging line operator to lead a small team in packaging mangoes and avocados for supermarket distribution. You will operate the net clipper or flowpack machinery, supervise production staff, and ensure a smooth, accurate workflow on the daily shift.

The role requires hands-on machine operation and basic administrative tasks, with a 6:45 AM start and 4:00 PM finish, weekends off, and a warm clothing allowance due to cold conditions in the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience as an operator in AGF environment is preferred.
• Leadership qualities and ability to supervise production staff.
• Good command of Dutch or English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging of mangoes and avocados according to customer specs.
• Operate machinery on the packaging line.
• Supervise production workers on the line.
• Perform administrative tasks on a computer to maintain records.
• Ensure smooth operation of the production line and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
