Job summary

AFA Dispensing Group is seeking a structure engineer to drive packaging structural design, focusing on sprayers, lotion pumps, jars, and tubes. You will model in 3D, create engineering drawings, and ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements for packaging products.

You will collaborate with Global R&I, QA, and manufacturing to move designs from concept to mass production, overseeing mold specs and trial activities while maintaining technical documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• BSc in mechanical engineering, material engineering, or packaging engineering preferred.
• Solid technical background in structural engineering and plastic component design/manufacturing.
• Proficient in 3D design software SolidWorks and CAD software; able to complete full-process design.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer packaging structures (sprayers, lotion pumps, jars, tubes) with 3D modeling and 2D drawings.
• Maintain packaging structural specifications, BOMs, test reports, and tech database.
• Troubleshoot and optimize packaging structures; perform drop, sealing, and life tests.
