Job summary

You will train and develop associates, coordinate with daytime management, and manage safety, merchandising, and inventory tasks to achieve stocking and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supports overnight stocking operations by coordinating activities based on priorities from management.
• Assesses store presentation and merchandising, updating displays to meet standards.
• Ensures defective or damaged merchandise is identified and transferred to the claims room per procedures.
• Oversees store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager and handles incidents accordingly.
• Inspects store areas for facility and security compliance with safety standards.
• Participates in training and development of overnight associates to support goals.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
