Job summary

D-ploy is seeking an onsite OT and automation support specialist to troubleshoot and maintain PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related systems. You will work to resolve incidents, perform recoveries, and ensure changes align with QMS and GAMP 5.

You will collaborate with Engineering, IT, Production, and vendors, participate in commissioning, FAT/SAT, and help keep validated baselines with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT, industrial automation, or control systems environments.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP or validated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support OT systems, incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, OPC/PI, and industrial communication issues.
• Work with Siemens environments: TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7, Step 5.
• Support Siemens PLC systems and automation infrastructure.
• Analyze PLC CPU and communication diagnostics.
• Perform firmware, memory, and module health checks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Automation, IT, Production, Quality, OEMs, and vendors.
• Support OT cybersecurity and system hardening activities.
