Job summary

Picnic is seeking a warehouse associate in the Netherlands to collect, pack and ship groceries. You’ll work in ambient, chilled, and frozen areas, using a handheld scanner, loading and unloading trucks, and restocking shelves.

Expect physical work (lifting up to 20 kg, long periods standing, walking 10–15 km). Breaks include free meals; warm jacket and gloves provided.

Job description

You work in different departments. Most days you collect products at room temperature in our ambient area. Another day you might work in the chilled department, where we store refrigerated items. We provide a warm jacket and gloves, and you collect cold products like milk and yogurt, placing them in insulated crates. You also help prepare crates and containers for shipping.

Our scanners make sure all orders run smoothly, and team leaders use them to support your professional development. During breaks, we offer hot meals every day, and there’s a space to relax or challenge your colleagues to a game of pool or table tennis.
