Job summary

Jobster in Eindhoven zoekt een exportmedewerker voor fulltime werk in de exportafdeling van het magazijn. Je verwerkt orders voor klanten buiten Benelux en met specifieke eisen, met focus op nauwkeurigheid en klantwensen.

Je krijgt groeimogelijkheden binnen een structuur en informele werkomgeving, met trainingen. De dienst is 40 uur per week, wisselende ochtend- en avonddiensten van 06:00 tot 15:00 en 15:00 tot 00:00, afwisselend per week.

Qualifications

• Minimaal mbo-niveau van werken en denken.
• Ervaring met exportdocumenten is een pluspunt.
• Fysiek in staat om zwaardere taken uit te voeren.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail.

Responsibilities

• Bestellingen voor verzending verzamelen en controleren.
• Goederen verzendklaar maken volgens klantinstructies en labels toepassen.
• Zwaardere taken uitvoeren en pallets herplaatsen.
• Overleggen met collega's om exportorders correct en op tijd te verzenden.

Over het werk

As an export employee, you will work full-time in the export department of the warehouse in Eindhoven. You are responsible for processing orders for customers outside the Benelux and customers with specific requirements. In this role, everything revolves around accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting customer-specific demands. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself within a structured and informal working environment, with possibilities to grow and follow additional training courses. This is a long-term position offering a lot of responsibility and variety.

You start your workday by picking orders that require extra precision. Afterwards, you check shipments according to specific customer instructions, such as applying special labels or carrying out additional quality checks. You will also handle heavier tasks, where you pick full boxes instead of individual items and restack pallets. Throughout the day, you coordinate with colleagues to ensure all export orders are shipped correctly and on time.
