Invite Jobs BV in Venlo zoekt een data entry clerk in de exportafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat transportinformatie nauwkeurig wordt verwerkt en op tijd aan de juiste systemen wordt doorgegeven. Je werkt in een internationale logistieke omgeving met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en groei.

Je werkdagen bestaan uit het verwerken van inkomende transportorders via e-mail, EDI of weborder systeem. Je houdt alles georganiseerd, ondersteunt chauffeurs bij de balie en verzorgt transportdocumenten.

Qualifications

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling.
• Sociale vaardigheden en teamwork.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een plus).
• Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken.

Responsibilities

• Verwerken van binnenkomende transportorders via e-mail, EDI of weborder systeem.
• Zorg dragen voor een georganiseerde werkomgeving en soepele processen.
• Ondersteunen van chauffeurs aan de balie en verwerken van transportdocumenten.
• Verdelen van labels en bordjes en zorgen dat crossdock de juiste informatie heeft.
• Een afwisselende combinatie van administratief werk en persoonlijk contact, met dag- en avonddiensten.

Over de vacature:

As a data entry clerk in the export department in Venlo, you are the key player making sure all transport information is accurate and processed on time. You’ll work in an international environment where you can use and develop your administrative and communication skills. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, this logistics organization gives you plenty of room to grow.

Your day starts with processing incoming transport orders—these can come via email, EDI, or a web order system. You keep everything organized and ensure tasks run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with your team and also help at the drivers’ desk, assisting drivers and processing transport paperwork. You’ll divide labels and tags and make sure the crossdock always has the right information. The mix of admin, personal contact, and the fast pace of logistics makes your work varied and engaging. You’ll work day and evening shifts, always as part of a supportive team.
