Job summary

Booston.io in Delft zoekt een Orderpicker om ons drukke logistieke magazijn te versterken. Je begint met een team-briefing en controleert daarna de picklijst met een handscanner. Je houdt voorraad bij en meldt afwijkingen, terwijl je meewerkt aan orde en netheid in de opslag.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag met af en toe weekenddiensten. De diensturen zijn meestal tussen 07:00 en 17:00, met ruimte voor flexibiliteit en aanvullende toeslagen voor avond- en weekenddiensten.

Qualifications

• Aanpassingsvermogen vereist.
• Fysieke belastbaarheid tot 23 kg.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands/Engels/Polsich voor communicatie.
• Beschikbaarheid in weekenddiensten kan vereist zijn.
• Veiligheidsprotocollen en teaminstructies volgen.

Responsibilities

• Picken en verpakken van orders op basis van picklijsten.
• Labelen, organiseren en verzendklaar maken van goederen.
• Jouw werkgebied schoon en veilig houden.
• Helpen bij inwerken van nieuw personeel en teamleden.

Over de functie

As an Orderpicker you will play a key role in the smooth operation of a busy logistics warehouse. Your day starts with a team briefing, followed by checking your pick list and preparing your orders. You’ll track inventory, report any discrepancies, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe. Working with a supportive team, you’ll also assist in restocking shelves and helping new colleagues get up to speed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders based on pick lists with EPT and hand scanner
• Labeling, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in your work area
• Helping new team members integrate and follow safety protocols

You’ll work full time from Monday till Friday mostly on weekdays with occasional weekend shifts. Shifts are usually scheduled between 07:00 and 17:00, but flexibility is appreciated.
