Job summary

DSV Solutions Amsterdam is seeking a warehouse worker to perform order picking with a scanner, unload/load trucks and containers, and move goods within the warehouse. You'll sometimes work in other departments (packing, picking, inbound/outbound) depending on company needs.

English communication is required, along with reliability and precision. Accommodation is offered in shared rooms; travel to work is by bicycle or company car; weekend surcharges apply and Dutch minimum wage rules apply from

Job description

Orderpicking with a scanner. And other work in warehouse like lifting boxes, wrapping, and unwrapping from goods etc. unloading boxes loading boxes carrying heavy boxes 20 kg or more with 2 persons also have a warehouse part with danone products which have to be sorted and organized in crates.

Job Requirements

• Communicative knowledge of English (communication in the company is done in English)
• Responsibility, flexibility and precision in the execution of tasks
• Every employee should be able to show a certificate of good conduct (This certificate is processed in the Netherlands

Employment Conditions

Salary 14.99 euro gross
All this has a 0,26€ ADV until 40 hours / week

• Holiday pay is reserved and amounts to + 8.33% of gross income

Salary in accordance with the Dutch statutory minimum wage increase effective 1 July 2026.

Shift assignment (monday till friday a few times a year on Saturday). You usually do not work during the weekends, they might ask you to do it if it is busy. You can always decide on this. 2 shift 07-16 or 09-18 in second part of month ask to work form 7-18. A few times a your work on saterday

Accommodation

• Residential locations with shared rooms for 2 people
• You travel to work for free by bicycle (in the case of living 10 km from the workplace) or by company car (in the case of living more than 10 km from the workplace)
• Drivers receive an additional €2.50 per day, if they drive a company car (max. €12.50/week).

About the Company

DSV Solutions Amsterdam has different types of customers; Warehouse 1 & 2 are specialized in the storage of cocoa for their customer Cargill. This is the department where mainly forklift trucks drive around. Warehouse 3 & 4 are stored in Panasonic and Yokogawa. DSV also does business with other smaller customers. In Warehouse 3 & 4 there are all common activities.
