Job summary

Ameco, located in Apeldoorn, is seeking an Expedition Employee to prepare outgoing orders for transport. You will collect products, check quantities, place items on pallets, and secure them for shipping, ensuring orders meet customer requirements.

In a dynamic team, you will work 38–42 hours per week in a full-time role, with guidance during your introduction. A valid driver's license is required, and experience in logistics is helpful. Accommodation is available.

Qualifications

• You have a valid driver's license.
• Experience in logistics or expedition work is an advantage.
• Reliable and able to keep to agreements.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• You work accurately and pay attention to detail.
• Physically able to perform the work.
• Flexible and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to learn new tasks.
• Experience with an EPT, pallet truck or forklift is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collecting products according to order lists
• Checking products and quantities
• Preparing orders and placing products on pallets
• Wrapping and securing pallets for transport
• Checking customer‑specific orders and requirements
• Making sure orders are ready for transport on time
• Working with different orders and deadlines
• Reporting and helping resolve discrepancies
• Working together with colleagues in the expedition and other departments
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe and organized
