Job summary

HEMA's distribution center in Utrecht is hiring an order picker. You will help collect and prepare orders for shipment to customers, using a scanner, and packing breakable items.

Two shifts are available (day and evening); introduction session on 07-09-2026 and start dates on 08-09-2026 or 09-09-2026. You will receive weekly pay and must speak English at B1 level to understand instructions.

Qualifications

• You have at least a basic education level (MBO)
• 0–1 year of experience in a similar role is welcome, but not required
• You are accurate and able to work independently as well as in a team
• You are motivated, reliable, and ready to work shifts
• You speak English at B1 level (you can understand and answer questions about work)

Responsibilities

• Scan incoming goods and pick items for customer orders
• Pack fragile products securely for shipping
• Work in two shifts (day and evening) in a large distribution center
• Follow clear instructions to ensure every order is complete and correct
