Job summary

Staffice B.V. in Hoofddorp is seeking a warehouse operative to join a busy logistics team. Working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will pick orders using hand scanners, verify item codes, and ensure shipments leave accurately.

You will stay on your feet, handle heavy items, stack pallets, and keep work areas clean while maintaining high accuracy. English proficiency is required, Dutch is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior background in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role.
• Strong physical endurance for heavy lifting.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch not required.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
• High level of accuracy, punctuality, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Locate and gather products using hand scanners or picking documents.
• Verify item codes, quantities, and product condition.
• Sort, pack, and attach correct shipping labels to orders.
• Stack pallets, lift heavy boxes, and move goods manually.
• Clean equipment and keep work areas tidy.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
