Job summary

Carrière zoekt een Order Picker voor Tilburg; je verzamelt mode-artikelen met een stem-gestuurde picking en bereidt orders voor verzending voor. Je werkt in een actief magazijn met aandacht voor nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid.

Je zult textsels selecteren, orders klaarmaken en door het magazijn bewegen. Er is aandacht voor lange termijn tewerkstelling en een internationaal team.

Qualifications

• Spreekt Dutch, English, Pools of Oekraïens.
• Fysiek fit en in staat om goederen te tillen en te verplaatsen.
• Bereid om in ploegen te werken.
• Interesse in langdurende tewerkstelling.

Responsibilities

• Pak textielproducten in met voice-picking.
• Verwerk orders voor verzending.
• Loop door het magazijn om producten te verzamelen.
• Veilig tillen en verplaatsen van goederen.
• Zorg dat orders volledig en nauwkeurig zijn.

Over de functie

We are looking for motivated Order Pickers to join our client's team in Tilburg. You will collect fashion products using a voice-picking system and prepare orders for shipment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Picking textile products using voice picking
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Walking through the warehouse to collect products
• Lifting and moving products safely
• Ensuring orders are complete and accurate

The voice-picking system is available in Dutch, English, Polish, and Ukrainian, making your work easy to follow.

Working hours (36–40 hours per week):

• Morning Shift: 05:00 – 14:30
• Night Shift: 19:30 – 04:00

Our client operates a major distribution center responsible for supplying fashion products to H&M stores. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse where teamwork and accuracy are key to daily operations.

Wat wij bieden

• Starting salary: €14.99 gross per hour
• Shift Allowances:
  25% allowance (€18.74/hour) between 19:00–21:00
  35% allowance (€20.24/hour) between 21:00–00:00
  45% allowance (€21.74/hour) between 00:00–06:00
  50% allowance (€22.49/hour) on Saturdays
  100% allowance (€29.98/hour) on Sundays
• Travel allowance of €0.23 net/km (up to €9.20 per day)
