Job summary

Booston.io zoekt een Order Picker in Nieuwegein om dagelijks winkels in Nederland van verse producten te voorzien. Je werkt met een modern voice-picksysteem en werkt in een gekoelde omgeving circa 4°C. Je bent actief, nauwkeurig en werkt met een divers team aan een tijdige uitlevering.

De rol vereist fysieke paraatheid en bereidheid tot ochtend-, nacht- en weekenddiensten, met duidelijke instructies via het systeem en een kans op doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf.

Qualifications

• Fysiek fit voor tillen en lange wandelingen in koude omgeving.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Engels of Pools.
• Verlaten van flexibiliteit voor weekend-, ochtend- en nachtdiensten.

Responsibilities

• Verzamelen van orders met voice-picking.

Start as an Order Picker in Nieuwegein and make sure Albert Heijn supermarkets receive their products on time. Stay active throughout your working day, work with a friendly team, and make a difference every day. Good work!

Over de functie

As an Orderpicker at this logistics organization in Nieuwegein, you make sure supermarkets receive their fresh products every day. Using a modern voice-picking system, available in Dutch, English, Polish, you collect orders in the warehouse. You walk a lot, pick products from shelves, and prepare orders for transport. You work quickly and accurately, because the stores depend on you. The job takes place in a refrigerated environment (around 4°C), so it’s important you are comfortable with cooler temperatures. You’ll receive clear instructions through the voice-picking system so you know exactly which products to collect.

Your tasks

• Collecting products using a voice-picking system;
• Preparing and organizing trolleys for shipment;
• Checking product quantities and quality.

This job is for 40 hours per week. Your shifts will be scheduled as follows:

• Morning shift: 05:00–14:30
• Night shift: 19:30–04:00

• A salary of €14.99 gross per hour;
• Shift allowances of 25% to 45% on top of your hourly wage;
• Weekend allowances: 50% on Saturdays and 100% on Sundays;
