Start People in the Netherlands is looking for a Warehouse Order Picker to support our logistics team. You will pick customer orders with an EPT and scanner, verify quantities, pack shipments and move goods around the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You should have 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, EPT experience, be physically fit, speak English, and be available for rotating day shifts.

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you play an important role in keeping the logistics operation running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking customer orders using an EPT and scanner
• Checking products and order quantities
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment
• Moving goods safely within the warehouse
• Supporting warehouse operations and inventory flow
• Operating a forklift when qualified and required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace

Together with your colleagues, you ensure every order leaves the warehouse accurately and on time. You enjoy working in a warehouse and take pride in accuracy and quality.

You:

• Have at least 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Have experience working with an EPT
• Are physically fit and comfortable with active work
• Speak and understand English
• Are available for rotating day shifts
• Have your own transportation
• Are willing to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)

Forklift experience or a valid forklift certificate is considered a strong advantage. Candidates with forklift experience can be deployed approximately 50% on the forklift and 50% in order picking.
