Hoogvliet Supermarkets zoekt een gemotiveerde orderpicker voor een moderne distributiecentrale in Nederland. Je pikt orders met een voice-picking systeem en rijdt met een elektrische palletwagen (EPT) door verschillende afdelingen.

Je werkt met gekoelde, vriezer- en ambient producten, in een werkomgeving waar snelheid, nauwkeurigheid en teamwork centraal staan. Een langdurige, stabiele baan biedt groeikansen en verschillende ploegentoeslagen.

Formación

• Je kunt in het Engels communiceren.
• Je werkt goed in teamverband.
• Je bent lichamelijk fit en actief.
• Bereid om beide ploegendiensten te werken.

Responsabilidades

• Orders verzamelen met een voice-picking systeem.
• Producten verplaatsen met een elektrische pallettruck (EPT).
• Orders controleren op volledigheid en kwaliteit.
• Werken met gekoelde, vriezer- en temperatuurdiensten.
• Werkplek netjes en veilig houden.
• Samenwerken met collega’s om alles soepel te laten verlopen.
• Help bij het laden en klaarzetten van goederen voor transport.

Over de functie

You play a key role in the logistics process at Hoogvliet. As an orderpicker, you’ll collect orders using a voice-picking system and an electric pallet truck (EPT) from various warehouse departments. You’ll work with chilled, frozen, and ambient products. In the modern distribution center, speed, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. Your work is physically active and similar to other logistics jobs in large supermarket distribution centers.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Collect orders using a voice-picking system
• Move products with an electric pallet truck (EPT)
• Check orders for completeness and quality
• Work with chilled, frozen, and ambient products
• Keep your workplace tidy and safe
• Work together with colleagues to keep everything running smoothly
• Help with loading and preparing goods for transport

You’ll work in two shifts: Day shift: 06:00 – 14:00 Night shift: 20:00 – 04:00

We are looking for candidates who are willing to work both shifts and are physically fit.

Wat wij bieden

• Gross starting wage: € 16.20 per hour, including € 1.21 ADV allowance
• Evening shift bonus (20:00 – 22:00): 25% extra, € 17.99 per hour
• Night shift bonus (22:00 – 06:00): 50% extra, € 22.49 per hour
• Overtime bonus (over 40 hours): 35% extra, € 20.24 per hour
• Saturday bonus: 30% extra, € 19.49 per hour
• Sunday bonus: 50% extra, € 22.49 per hour
• Public holiday bonus: 100% extra, € 29.98 per hour
• 8.33% holiday pay and 25 paid vacation days per year
