Booston.io zoekt een Orderpicker voor een modern distributiecentrum in Bleiswijk. Je verzamelt orders met een voice-picking systeem en bereidt producten voor verzending, terwijl je nauwkeurig scant en controleert.

Het werk is fysiek en vereist wandelen, tillen en staan. Werktijden variëren tussen dag- en nachtwerk, met kansen om door te groeien zoals reach truck-certificering.

Qualifications

• Geen ervaring vereist, alleen motivatie en verantwoordelijkheid.
• English language skills vereist; voice-picking kan in Nederlands of Pools beschikbaar zijn.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders met een voice-picking systeem.
• Verzamelen en voorbereiden van producten voor verzending.
• Scannen en controleren van items.
• Het verplaatsen van pallets met een EPT.
• Werken in koel-, vershoud- en omgevingen met verschillende temperatuurzones.

Over de functie

As an Orderpicker you play an important role in making sure stores and online customers receive their orders on time. You work with a voice-picking system and EPT to collect and prepare products for shipment.

Your tasks:

• Picking orders using a voice-picking system;
• Collecting and preparing products for shipment;
• Scanning and checking items;
• Moving pallets using an EPT;
• Working in ambient, chilled, and frozen warehouse areas.

The work is physically active and involves plenty of walking, lifting and standing throughout your shift. Depending on business needs, you may work in different warehouse departments and temperature zones.

Working hours:

Dayshift: 08:00–16:00

Night shifts: 01:00–09:00.

Work is scheduled between Monday and Sunday.

Over het bedrijf

You will be working at a warehouse in Bleiswijk, where groceries are collected and prepared for shipment on a daily basis. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time. You will join a diverse team where colleagues help one another and work together to achieve daily goals.

Wat wij vragen

• Own accommodation in The Netherlands. For this job we don't provide housing;
• Working in a cold environment is no problem for you, just like physical work;
• English speaking skills required (voice picking is also available in Dutch and Polish);
• You are available for night shifts, weekends, and national holidays;
• No experience required, just motivation and responsibility

Wat wij bieden

• A salary starting at €16,20 gross per hour;
• Shift allowances: 25% (20:00–22:00), 50% (22:00–06:00), 50% on Saturday, 100% on Sunday;
• Allowance of €1,20 per hour for work in the frozen department;
• Travel allowance: €0.25 per kilometer for distances over 10.5 km;
