We are looking for motivated candidates to work as order pickers at one of our client’s e-commerce distribution centre (eDC), where online orders are processed and shipped directly to customers. Due to the company’s wide product range, employees handle a diverse variety of consumer goods, ranging from clothing and household items to toys and general merchandise. During the initial phase, workers may be placed across three core departments:Incoming Goods: Scanning incoming products so they are registered in the system and can proceed to the order‑picking stations. Order Picking: Collecting and gathering customer orders efficiently. Fragile Goods: Carefully wrapping, protecting, and packing fragile items for safe shipment. Candidates can be scheduled for either day shifts or evening shifts. The flexibility to work both day and evening shifts is essential (note: there is no difference in payment between shift types). Before starting work, candidates must attend a mandatory introduction session at the workplace. During the introduction, candidates will take a short test where they are shown addresses twice. They must carefully review them and identify whether the addresses are correct or contain errors. Passing this test is required to begin working.
