Job summary

Fluke, a Fortive company, is seeking an Order Management Agent to handle end-to-end order processing and logistics within the EMEA MEAT team. You will liaise with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate deliveries and timely information flow in a dynamic, international environment.

You will gain exposure to Oracle and various system tools, build relationships across stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements while delivering exceptional service in English.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and complaints by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding deliveries, damages, and claims.

Job description

As an Order Management Agent, you are responsible for the effective processing and logistics flow of our total order flow process in a selection of regions and customer satisfaction within the EMEA Fluke Order Management MEAT Team (Export).

No day in the life of a Order Management Agent at Fluke is the same. You will be handling a variety of tasks while putting into practice your communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with queries. By consistently providing a high level of service, you will build positive relationships with customers and business colleagues and ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

• Process orders and complaints by taking appropriate actions by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding inaccurate and/or improper deliveries, damages, and claims.
• Supply all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping (MPLs, AWBs), and invoicing.
• Inform the channel partners about prices, delivery times, content of the order and any other commercial information mainly by email.
• Process documents like Certificates of Origin, legalized invoices, etc.
• Responsible for continuous improvement of internal processes and customer satisfaction.

• Develop yourself as a Order Management Agent by learning from and collaborating with your team members in a dynamic and international environment;
• Experiencing first-hand how the different Fluke businesses work within the large scope of regions that the Order Management EMEA team supports;
• Fine-tuning your communication skills by working closely with our distribution channels to continuously improve customer satisfaction;
• Getting acquainted with Oracle database and other system tools we use to carry out day-to-day tasks;
• Building a broad network and strong relationships by communicating with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

About the team

As an Order Management Agent, you will be part of our multinational Order Management EMEA department, Export team, that is integral to business success. The variety of cultures and languages in combination with the positive atmosphere within the team makes up for a fun, engaging and supportive environment where your input is valued.

Hard skills:

• Intermediate vocational degree/MBO;
• Good computer/office tools skills;
• Previous experience in customer support, order processing, accounting, shipping, transportation, and supply chain, is preferred;
• Fluency in English. Any additional language is a plus;
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands;
