Job summary

PwC Nederland’s Delivering Deal Value team helps clients unlock value from operational improvements in M&A contexts, focusing on pre- and post-deal due diligence and integration planning. You’ll work in an international advisory environment, using data analytics and AI tools to identify value opportunities and support senior deal teams.

In this role you’ll analyze operations across Finance, Supply Chain and other functions, develop implementation plans, and communicate recommendations to C-suite

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in (deals) consulting, operational performance improvement, corporate M&A teams, COO support roles or specialised operations consulting.
• University degree in Business Administration, Science, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of core operational functions (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Working Capital, Procurement, Sales).
• Fluent in English; professional level of Dutch is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps and provide recommendations that drive value creation.
• Develop implementation plans and quantify savings using a driver-based approach and industry benchmarking data.
• Drive transformation initiatives with a focus on short- and long-term value realization.
• Manage client relationships at both executive and operational level throughout all project phases.
• Contribute to our core services: Operational Due Diligence, Pre-deal Value Creation, and Carve-out support.
