Jobster in Best is op zoek naar een Operator die bijdraagt aan de productie van vegetarische producten. Je werkt fulltime op de dagdienst en ontvangt tussen de €2.880,- en €3.319,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. Je werkt nauw samen met kwaliteits-, technische dienst en logistiek.

Taakomschrijving: bedienen, instellen, monitoren, kwaliteitscontroles en het schoonmaken volgens hygiënevoorschriften. Na de uitzendperiode kun je binnen een jaar in dienst treden bij onze opdrachtgever.

Qualifications

• Recente ervaring als Operator.
• Beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Bereidheid om in een gekoelde omgeving te werken.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, afstellen en monitoren van productie- en verpakkingslijnen.
• Toezicht houden op veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang van de productie.
• Controleren en afstellen van machine-instellingen.

Job description

As an Operator, you will contribute to the production of vegetarian food products! In Best, you can work full-time on the day shift and earn up to € 3.319,- gross per month. If things work out well for both sides, you will have the opportunity to receive a direct contract with our client within one year.

Over de functie

As an Operator, you will have a varied and responsible role. You will work closely with the Quality, Technical Services and Logistics departments.

• Operating, setting up and monitoring production and packaging lines;
• Monitoring production safety, quality and progress;
• Checking and adjusting machine settings;
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;
• Carrying out quality checks during the production process;
• Cleaning machines and your work area according to hygiene regulations.

As an Operator, you will work from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 18:00. In the future, the company will move to a two-shift system. Therefore, it is important that you are willing to work in two shifts. The company is looking for someone who wants to stay for the long term.

Wat wij bieden

• As an Operator, you will earn between € 2.880,- and € 3.319,- gross per month, depending on your work experience;
• You will receive €0.23 per kilometre as a travel allowance;
• Pension accrual from your first working day;
• 8% holiday allowance and 27 days of annual leave based on full-time employment;
• Enjoy a weekly soup day every Tuesday;
• You can choose to receive your salary weekly or every four weeks;
• After a successful temporary employment period, you will have the opportunity to receive a direct contract with our client within one year.

Wat wij vragen

• You have recent work experience as an Operator;
• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• Working in a chilled environment with temperatures between 8°C and 12°C is no problem for you;
• You are available to work 40 hours per week and are willing to work in a two-shift system in the future.
