Jobster in Tilburg zoekt een Operator die productieprocessen met zorg bewaakt en storingen oplost in een hygiënische, schone omgeving.

Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst van 36 uur per week in een cleanroom circa 22°C, met kansen voor ontwikkeling via de Perflexxion Academy en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een wereldwijd packaging bedrijf.

Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit volgens HACCP-richtlijnen en werkt met verpakte producten die dagelijks in de supermarkt te zien zijn.

Qualifications

• Kwaliteitsbewustzijn in HACCP-omgeving
• Bereidheid tot werken in een 5-ploegendienst (36 uur)
• Nauwkeurigheid en probleemoplossend vermogen

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en bewaken van productieautomaten voor een soepele, efficiënte werking
• Inzetten van technische vaardigheden om eenvoudige storing op te lossen
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens HACCP-richtlijnen
• Verpakken en gereedmaken van eindproducten voor verzending
• Werken in een schone omgeving bij circa 22°C

Bring your technical skills to life in a dynamic production environment! As an Operator, your role involves operating production machines, addressing any technical problems, and ensuring the production process runs efficiently.

As an Operator, you play a vital role in ensuring that production machines run efficiently while maintaining the necessary quality standards. Your technical skills are essential for operating the machinery, monitoring the production process, and quickly identifying any issues. You'll also be responsible for packing and preparing products for shipment in a clean environment that prioritizes quality, hygiene, and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Applying your technical knowledge to identify and resolve minor technical issues with the machines
• Conducting product quality checks in line with HACCP guidelines
• Packing and preparing finished products for shipment
• Working in a cleanroom environment at approximately 22°C

Your work schedule consists of 36 hours per week, structured in a 5-shift system that includes two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, and two night shifts, followed by four days off.

The working hours are:

• 06:00 to 14:00
• 14:00 to 22:00
• 22:00 to 06:00
