Veldwerk Uitzendbureau zoekt een Operator plantprocessing voor een moderne kas met camera-gestuurde sorteersystemen. Je bestuurt en bewaakt de lijn die planten scant, sorteert en verplaatst, en zorgt dat processen continu draaien.

Je werkt in een hands-on, teamworkgerichte omgeving met ruimte voor ontwikkeling in techniek of productie, en ontvangt ondersteuning vanuit het uitzendbureau. De functie biedt groeimogelijkheden en een prettige werksfeer in een innovatieve kassenorganisatie.

Job description

Work as an Operator plantprocessing and keep modern sorting machines running smoothly. You'll monitor a camera-controlled system that sorts and processes plants. Enjoy a steady, hands-on job with fair pay, a supportive team, and chances to develop your skills.

As an Operator plantprocessing, you make sure a modern, camera-controlled sorting system does its job. You operate and check the line that scans, sorts, and moves plants. Your day is about keeping everything running, acting when something needs attention, and making sure the right plants end up in the right place.

What you do:

• Operate the high-tech sorting system
• Watch that plants are scanned and divided correctly
• Set up and adjust the machine when needed
• Fix small issues yourself
• Keep the flow of plants going
• Check the quality of sorted and potted plants
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Work together with your team for the best results

This is more than just standing by a machine. You keep an overview, take responsibility, and make sure the process runs smoothly.

Who you are:

• You have technical insight and pick up new systems quickly
• You’re accurate and keep an overview
• You stay calm if something goes wrong

• You understand Dutch and/or English well enough to follow instructions

Experience as an operator, production worker, or in greenhouse work is a plus. If you’re motivated and technically minded, you can learn this job. Your education level is less important than your attitude.
