Bij Mifa Aluminium B.V. in Venlo zoeken wij een Operator Finishing voor de assemblage, afwerking en bewerking van aluminium extrusie-profielen.

Je voert repetitieve technische productieactiviteiten uit volgens klantenspecificaties en toleren, met handgereedschap en diverse machines. Je taken omvatten het lezen van instructies en tekeningen, het assembleren van onderdelen, bevestigen en afbramen, frezen en controleren van afmetingen met meetgereedschap zoals calipers, en het registreren van

Qualifications

• Ervaring met assembleren, afwerking of technische productie.
• Technische affiniteit en werken met handgereedschap.
• In staat om eenvoudige tekeningen en instructies te lezen.
• Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
• In staat zelfstandig te werken.
• VMBO-niveau.

Responsibilities

• Lezen van werkinstructies en tekeningen.
• Assembleren van producten volgens tekeningen en instructies.
• Bevestigen en lijmen van componenten.
• Inbouwen van inserts, helicoils, rivet nut en rivets.
• Ontbramen, borstelen en schuren van aluminium profielen.
• Boren, frezen en tappen.
• Werken met handgereedschap en machines zoals boren, slijpmachines, freesmachines, draaibanken en bandschuurmachines.
• Controleren van afmetingen met meetgereedschappen zoals schroevendraaiers (calipers).
• Visueel controleren op beschadigingen en kwaliteitsafwijkingen.
• Registreren van voltooide orders in het digitale systeem.
• Ondersteunen en trainen van nieuwe medewerkers.
• Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkplek.

Join Mifa in Venlo as an Operator Finishing and bring precision and care to the assembly, finishing and machining of aluminium extrusion profiles.

Over de functie

As an Operator Finishing at Mifa, you will be part of the production team and responsible for the assembly, finishing and machining of aluminium extrusion profiles.

You will carry out repetitive technical production activities according to customer specifications and defined tolerances, working with hand tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, milling machines, lathes and belt sanders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Reading work instructions and technical drawings
• Assembling products according to drawings and instructions
• Screwing and gluing components
• Installing inserts, helicoils, rivet nuts and rivets
• Deburring, brushing and sanding aluminium profiles
• Drilling, reaming and tapping
• Working with hand tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, milling machines, lathes and belt sanders
• Checking dimensions using measuring tools such as calipers
• Visually inspecting products for damage and quality deviations
• Registering completed orders in the digital system
• Supporting and training new employees
• Performing minor maintenance and keeping the workplace clean and safe
