Responsibilities

• Reading work instructions and technical drawings.
• Assembling products according to drawings and instructions.
• Screwing and gluing components.
• Installing inserts, helicoils, rivet nuts and rivets.
• Deburring, brushing and sanding aluminium profiles.
• Drilling, reaming and tapping.
• Working with hand tools and machinery.
• Checking dimensions using calipers.
• Visually inspecting products for damage and quality deviations.
• Registering completed orders in the digital system.
• Supporting and training new employees.
• Performing minor maintenance and keeping the workplace clean and safe.

Join Mifa in Venlo as an Operator Finishing and bring precision and care to the assembly, finishing and machining of aluminium extrusion profiles.

Over de functie

As an Operator Finishing at Mifa, you will be part of the production team and responsible for the assembly, finishing and machining of aluminium extrusion profiles.

You will carry out repetitive technical production activities according to customer specifications and defined tolerances, working with hand tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, milling machines, lathes and belt sanders.

Your responsibilities include:

Reading work instructions and technical drawings

Assembling products according to drawings and instructions

Screwing and gluing components

Installing inserts, helicoils, rivet nuts and rivets

Deburring, brushing and sanding aluminium profiles

Drilling, reaming and tapping

Working with hand tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, milling machines, lathes and belt sanders

Checking dimensions using measuring tools such as calipers

Visually inspecting products for damage and quality deviations

Registering completed orders in the digital system

Supporting and training new employees

Performing minor maintenance and keeping the workplace clean and safe
