Jobster zoekt een Operator voor een grafische productieomgeving in de regio Noord-Brabant. Je bedient en controleert moderne machines, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en lost storingen op samen met collega’s en technische ondersteuning.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst met diensten van 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 en 22:00–06:00, met een gemiddelde werkweek van 37,5 uur na aanpassing.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als operator in productie is een pré.
• In staat om kwaliteitscontroles uit te voeren.
• Bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Bedien, stel af en monitor productie machines.
• Identificeer afwijkingen en onderneem actie.

Join this production team and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient manufacturing process. As an Operator, you operate and monitor modern machinery, perform quality checks and solve production issues when needed. You will work in a 3-shift system where you have responsibility, receive support and have opportunities to develop your skills.

As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly and efficiently. You operate and monitor the machines, ensure products meet the required quality standards and take action when needed. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a safe, reliable and successful production environment.

These are your tasks:

• You operate, adjust and monitor production machines to ensure a smooth production process
• You identify deviations and take appropriate action to keep production running efficiently
• You perform quality checks and ensure products meet the required standards
• You resolve minor malfunctions and work together with colleagues or technical support when needed
• You keep your workplace clean, safe and well-organized according to company standards

You will work in a 3-shift system with working hours from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00. You follow a fixed schedule and rotate between shifts. Currently, you work an average of 35 hours per week, including 4 night shifts. This will soon be adjusted to a full-time working week of 37.5 hours.

Salarisomschrijving

€3.175-€3.810 per maand
